Key West Pink Shrimp, (Penaeus Duorarum) are harvested from the crystal clear waters from the east coast of Florida to Dry Tortugas. Typically the season is from late Fall to early Spring. These wild caught shrimp live in clean coral sand which contributes to the pink shell color. Key West Pinks can be identified by the red dot on the shell.
